At Devine Dezines, we are committed to providing high-quality photography services and a smooth, organized experience for all teams, athletes, and clients.

all bookings and services are non-refundable once the scheduled session has taken place.

Please note: Because we have experienced an increase in players leaving early, not showing up, or missing their turn and later requesting refunds, we have implemented this policy to ensure fairness and consistency for all clients. Our team schedules staff, time, and resources in advance, and we are responsible for paying our team members regardless of attendance.

For team and media day sessions:
• Athletes are called individually for their photos, and coaches are also asked to assist in ensuring all players are present.
• If a player chooses to leave, does not respond when called, or misses their turn by choice, we are unable to issue a refund or offer a reshoot.
• It is the responsibility of the athlete and/or parent to ensure the player remains present, attentive, and ready during their scheduled time.

We appreciate your understanding, as missed photos due to absence or early departure are beyond our control.
If there is an error on our part we will absolutely work to make it right.
