What We Photograph
Teams, Athletes, And Moments.
Team and individual shoots are built for athletes who want more than a basic picture day. We plan the lighting, posing, and flow so the session feels organized while still giving each athlete room to show personality.
Every session includes photographer direction, edited final images, and an online gallery for viewing, downloading, and sharing.

Ordering Policy
Order First. Then We Photograph.
Who Gets Photographed
Only players who have an order placed before the shoot will be photographed for individual, friend, and fun pictures. Every player will still be included in the team picture, even if they do not place an individual order.

Orders Before Shoot Day
Individual, friend, and fun pictures are only taken for players with an order placed before the shoot. The full team picture includes every player.

Schedule & Arrival
Athletes should arrive dressed and ready at their assigned time. Late arrivals may reduce shooting time or limit available poses.

Team Point Of Contact
Team shoots require one coach, parent, or organizer to manage the roster, schedule, location access, and any must-have photo requests.

Uniforms & Props
Athletes are responsible for uniforms, shoes, gear, props, and any personal items they want photographed. Bring everything clean and shoot-ready.

Minors & Safety
A parent, guardian, coach, or approved adult must be present for minors. Unsafe poses, locations, or props may be adjusted or skipped.

Weather & Reschedules
Outdoor shoots may be moved for unsafe weather. We will work with the organizer on a backup time, indoor option, or alternate date when needed.

Image Use
Families and athletes may share final images for personal use. Commercial, sponsor, or paid advertising use should be approved in writing first.
